Public Descriptions

In Public Descriptions page, user can view all descriptions of the finalized plans that have public access. The basic information of the descriptions is displayed in a card format. At the top of the cards, the name and the date of creation or update are displayed. At the main body of the cards, the user can view the grant (if any) that is related with the description (based on the plan), and the role he has on its plan. The plan the descriptions are part of is also displayed. At the bottom of the cards, the user can view the available actions for this description.

User actions​

Let's explore these actions.

  • Export: With this option, a dropdown containing all the export options pops up. You can view more details on the exports here.
  • Copy Description

User actions are available only to authorized users.

Authorization​

All the users (authorized and anonymous) can access this page.

This view is available when the user presses the Public Descriptions link from the side navigation menu.

Searching​

Using the searchbox above the description cards on the right, you can search for descriptions by text.

Sorting​

There are also a sorting choices for latest activity.

  • Modified: groupping descriptions by most recent updates
  • Label: groupping descriptions by label :::
